At 6th Ave and 23rd, a man in a wheelchair asked me if I could push him across the street. Easy! I got to the other side and he said goodbye. Then a blind man asked me if I could escort him to a local store, which I did. I feel like I'm doing something right as a human if strangers are asking me for help.

To be fair, it's 23rd and Sixth! That corner is like an urban sanitarium.

Once I helped a blind guy shop at trader Joe's. It was fun! He had a dog but a dog can't read labels and carb counts to you.
