I had been feeing pretty good about myself last week and stepped on the scale. The weight was the same as always. Today I was feeling like a complete pudge-o and the scale had me down two pounds. WTF? I think the most frustrating thing about trying to get in better shape is realizing just how out of sync my body image is with reality.

Don't get stuck on the scale. Muscle is heavier than fat, so while you may be losing fat. You are gaining muscle
