I've never understood why The Muppets are ever NOT on the air. I guess they're expensive? Their first show was a staple in our house growing up. Let's hope this one lasts a while.

Weird (related) thought: Does Disney now own everything it would need to (licencing wise) in order to release the "Muppet Babies" ?

They bought the Jim Henson Company, so I assume they do.

Well yes, but the issue with a mass release or syndication has always been the licencing fees from the clips they used in the show, predominantly from Lucasfilm properties and from Marvel as well.
