I'm sitting next to someone on the subway working on a script in which three friends are arguing over the use of Splenda in coffee. Scintillating dialogue!

Maybe it's a deeper metaphor for the tolerance of sugar coating the addictive nature of humans who are unable to be satisfied with what Nature gives them, allowing for additional commentary on over-saturating a market with choices.
