I've been using Google Analytics for myself for quite a while. I generally put it into all the sites I build for clients.

For years I've been complaining that there are no programs that map public transit systems. It's great - especially travelling abroad - to be able to see where nearby subways are, how to get from one place to another via bus or train, etc. I was poking around Google today and ran across this...(lucky Portland)...http://www.google.com/transit

I think I had downloaded Picasa once upon a time, said "that's it?" and uninstalled it. After a very strong recommendation from Sara, I gave it a second chance. It turns out that I didn't know I needed it.
